How much do your guides cost?

All our guides are free.

Do you charge postage?

Yes, postage will be charged for sending out Route Planner Maps. 

How do I pay for international postage? Is it secure?

You will receive instructions within the order confirmation email sent once you complete your selection.

How quickly will my order be sent?

We will endeavour to process all guide orders within two working days. We ship via NZ Post - please see http://www.nzpost.co.nz/sending-internationally/delivery-zones for info on shipping times to your country.

What if I change my mind? Can I get my postage payment back?

As we do process orders quickly, your order may already have been shipped so we are unable to provide refunds.
